Altera Group respects your privacy. This website is designed to collect as little information as possible.

What this website collects

• This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
• Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. These are kept for a limited period and are not used to identify you.
• Fonts, photographs and all other files are served from our own server – no third-party services receive your data when you browse.

When you contact us

When you send the enquiry form, the details you enter (your name, e-mail address, optional phone number, the topic and your message) are sent securely to our team by e-mail. They are not stored on the web server. To protect the form from abuse, your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions. We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to provide the services you ask for, and we keep correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Contact us at contact@alteragroup.net. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta.
