		<description>My crumpled tube has been squeezed to the point that it no longer delivers the outcome it used to.  As a result, my formerly off-white teeth have taken on a yellowish hue that fails to bring out my once-bright eyes.



Facing up to the truth you&#039;ve exposed, &quot;the tube is empty,&quot; I recognize that if I want things to change then I must change some things.  (Arrrgghh!!!  I don&#039;t mind change as long as it&#039;s other people who are changing.)  My challenge is knowing where to focus my &#039;change&#039; efforts, so that I maximize the impact.</description>
