    What happened to providing relevant topics that help sell real estate? This is just political spin and finger pointing, and I could show you the same thing about the Republicans. It doesn’t surprise me however that this video is out there as it seems that on-line smear campaigns and spin are pretty par for the McCain campaign to get their ‘message’ out. I did not finish the whole video as I did not find it relevant to real estate and more of a McCain platform. I guess I am bummed and expected something other than campaigning.

    I think this is an excellent post. It is amazing how many people don’t understand or get it when it is explained that the loosening of standards for Fannie Mae mortgages virtually guaranteed the dramatic increase in defaults. Secondly the same people that increased the default risk so dramatically allowed banks to take on creative mortgage bonds within their capital reserves ( to allow more low quality mortgages to be issued) and this has what caused such a rapid fall.
